工作服制作中對(duì)于裁剪工藝有什么要求？

我們對(duì)工作服的認(rèn)識(shí)，一般只限定于它的材料、設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)格、色調(diào)和耐用度上了，對(duì)它的制做，我們就非常陌生了，實(shí)際上所有的衣物全是先依據(jù)樣版繪制出排料圖，隨后進(jìn)行剪裁、縫紉加工而成的，不同的工藝方面都是有不同的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。下邊濟(jì)南服裝廠來(lái)講講主要來(lái)認(rèn)識(shí)其剪裁工藝上的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Our understanding of work clothes is generally limited to its material, design style, color tone and durability. We are very unfamiliar with its manufacture. In fact, all clothes are made by drawing the layout drawing according to the sample plate, and then cutting and sewing. There are different standards for different processes. （1）拖料時(shí)點(diǎn)清數(shù)量，注意繞開(kāi)缺陷。
(1) Check the quantity and avoid defects when dragging.
（2）對(duì)不同批上色的布料要分次剪裁，避免同件工作服上發(fā)生偏色狀況。對(duì)一匹布料中存在偏色狀況的要進(jìn)行偏色排料。
(2) The colored fabrics of different batches should be cut in different times to avoid color deviation on the same work clothes. If there is color deviation in a piece of cloth, color deviation layout shall be carried out.
（3）剪裁標(biāo)準(zhǔn)下刀精確，線框直順順暢。鋪型不可過(guò)厚，布料上下層不偏刀。
(3) The cutting standard is accurate and the wire frame is straight and smooth. The paving shall not be too thick, and the upper and lower layers of the cloth shall not be skewed.
（4）依據(jù)樣版對(duì)位標(biāo)記裁切刀口。
(4) Mark the cutting edge according to the template alignment.
（5）選用錐孔標(biāo)記時(shí)要注意不能影響到工作服的外型。剪裁后要進(jìn)行清點(diǎn)數(shù)量和驗(yàn)片工作，并依據(jù)濟(jì)南工作服規(guī)格分堆捆扎，附上票簽注明款號(hào)、部位、規(guī)格等。
(5) When selecting the taper hole mark, pay attention not to affect the appearance of the work clothes. After cutting, count the quantity and check the film, and bundle them in batches according to the specifications of Jinan work clothes, and attach a ticket to indicate the model number, position, specification, etc.
